The Mobile Device Depot Fix As Needed program is a one-price fixes any and all damage flat-rate repair model. One-price-fixes-all means that if you send us an iPad with a cracked screen and while we are repairing the screen notice your digitizer has a hairline crack we'll replace your digitizer along with your screen at no additional cost. We repair any and all issues with your device including damaged screens, displays, switches, jacks, speakers, microphones, Wi-Fi antennae, cellular antennae and batteries. In addition, repaired devices are cleaned and renewed electronically. Cosmetically they retain their existing housings unless specified for replacement. All device memory is restored to factory-new and iOS is updated unless otherwise requested.

Our Fix As Needed repair eliminates the back and forth of authorizing any additional repairs needed to get your iPads up and running like new. That also means no need to diagnose the device's problem before it is sent to us. No estimates, no back and forth, no reconciling estimates to invoices, just send us the iPads and we'll return them working like new for the same price every time.

FREE 3-Way Shipping

We provide FREE 3-way shipping on all repairs. With our FREE 3-way shipping we send you an empty shipping case with a pre-paid shipping label. We pay for shipping the case to you and the pre-paid label covers the cost of shipping the case with the device back to us. Once repaired, we cover shipping the repaired device back to you. Single and multi-unit shipping containers are available. Repair discounts are available on multi-device repairs.

Leaving it up to the user to get a cover usually means the device isn't protected because they generally opt to not spend their own money on one.
